Please read these terms and conditions prior to using the products and services offered by Mobond.
By using the product, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, privacy policy, and terms of services (including without limitation all disclaimers, exclusion of warranties, and limitations of liability contained therein). You also agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the products and services offered by Mobond.
A Word of Caution
m-Indicator is NOT an official publication of Indian Railways, BEST, or RTO. Train timings may not always match actual timings. PNR status and SPOT train service are provided by INDIAN RAILWAYS, and premium SMS charges (generally Rs.3) are applicable. m-Indicator acts strictly as an interface to this service.
Mobond is not responsible for any damage caused by the information shown by this software. Please cross-verify the information. You may incur call or SMS charges for using certain services; contact your service provider for details regarding charges.
Privacy Policy
We collect the following information when you use the software: your mobile device's hardware information, unique ID, and location. This information is kept private to Mobond and will not be disclosed to third parties. We collect this information to provide location-based services and relevant advertisements.
Advertisements are accepted when they conform to ethical standards. Mobond does not verify the authenticity of advertisers or the claims made in Advertisements. Mobond shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of your relationship with an advertiser.
m-Indicator may consume bandwidth for showing advertisements, which may be images or videos. To save bandwidth, it may store video advertisements on mobile memory so they are not downloaded frequently. We use Google Maps API(s), and by using our services, you agree to the Google Privacy Policy.
You may receive text messages (SMS), notifications, or emails from Mobond containing new product information, updates, and alerts. You agree that messages from Mobond received on your registered number will not constitute an unsolicited commercial communication, irrespective of your enrollment in any Do Not Call Registry.
Information Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices, as well as security measures such as appropriate encryption.
Service Availability & Liability
Mobond makes no guarantees for the uninterrupted and continuous availability of the Products and/or Services, or of any specific feature(s). The Products and/or Services are provided "AS IS" and are subject to the disclaimers of warranty and limitations of liability detailed in this agreement, which are subject to testing by Users before entering into this agreement.
Mobond reserves the right to change or terminate the Products and/or the Services at any time.
Customer Service
Mobond does not take responsibility for providing any customer service related to the software.
Changes to the Terms
Mobond may make changes to these Terms from time to time, with or without notice. When these changes are made, any new terms will be made available to you at www.mobond.com. You understand and agree that if you use the product and Services after the date on which these Terms have changed, Mobond will treat your use as acceptance of the updated terms.
